Currently, Rushad is heading HR with Cygnet Infotech Pvt Ltd wherein he is responsible for managing the entire people, engagement and experience function designated as AVP HR. During the course of his career, he has been instrumental in leading multiple HR transformations, Change Management and automation journey. He is a management graduate from Nirma University and diploma in Data sciences from XLRI.
